You can be sure of this by visiting the being equipped cottages in Sventoji town, in "Elija" settlement , where we have purchased 10 cottages (Šventoji) and currently fastly growing individual houses block "Kalvių pakrantė" (Ketvergiai). In both of the places we have strict building and finishing work supervision specialists control – no even minor details or inaccuracy are left unnoticed.

Since 2009 reconstruction works will be started in Jurbarkas district, Klausučiai settlement next to Nemunas river, where we will set the recreation complex with tennis-courts and SPA center. As well in 2009 we will start new construction site in Jonušai settlement, Klaipeda district.
